What is the best/cheapest way to convert IR signals to RS232 signals for controling electronic devices?
I would like to be able to access the discrete RS232 commands available on my Panasonic PT ae900u projector using a programable infra-red remote control. I can have a computer available to convert the IR commands to RS232 commands but I am not sure what the best utility is to achieve this.
